Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 10 days since the item it’s received and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered and you have not contact us, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at (support@amepoint.com) within 10 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

 

All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds reflect on the customer’s bank account.

 

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address 24 hours until your order leaves our facility.

 

Cancellations/Returns

 

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing your order due to our 1-day production turn around.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours of placing your order, because of the Standard Shipping reason.

Note: Our team inspects and verifies the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. Americanpoint reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund if it does not meet the criteria. (Normally it meets the criteria)

ATTENTION: WE CHARGE A 25% VALUE ORDER FEE DUE TO RETURN LABEL COSTS, INSPECTION AND HANDLING. THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISION.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

AmericanPoint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Americanpoint will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Where is your warehouse?

We have warehouses in multiple countries, with the majority of our products sitting in our main warehouse currently located in Florida, United States and Shenzen, China. Our main strategy team is located in Florida, United States.
